LEONIE WELLNESS LTD (company number 15451473) — "we", "us", "our" — is the data controller for paydailyfaith.site. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Data we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

  • Name, billing address, email, phone (when provided)
  • Payment metadata processed by Shopify Payments (we do not see your full card number — Shopify Payments and its PCI-DSS compliant processor handle that directly)
  • Order history, products purchased, order totals
  • Technical data (IP address, browser type, device, pages visited) via Shopify analytics and essential cookies

2. How we use it

  • To fulfil your order (deliver the digital guide you bought)
  • To send you order confirmations and download links
  • To respond to your support requests
  • To comply with UK tax, accounting and consumer-protection obligations
  • To prevent fraud and chargebacks

3. Legal bases (UK GDPR Art. 6)

  • Contract performance — delivering the guide you purchased
  • Legal obligation — tax records and consumer-protection documentation
  • Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, service improvement
  • Consent — marketing emails (only if you opted in at checkout)

4. Sharing

We share personal data only with: Shopify (hosting + Shopify Payments); the Shopify Digital Downloads app (fulfilment of the PDF download); HMRC and UK regulators where required by law. We do NOT sell personal data. We do NOT share with ad networks.

5. International transfers

Shopify may process data outside the UK/EEA under standard contractual clauses or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism.

6. Retention

  • Order records: 7 years (UK accounting obligations)
  • Support correspondence: 24 months
  • Marketing consent: until you withdraw it

7. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact support@paydailyfaith.site to exercise any right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for the cart and checkout to work, and privacy-preserving analytics cookies through Shopify. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on the storefront.
